Every referral is reviewed by a physician before scheduling so the first visit is spent on diagnosis rather than paperwork. Referral turnaround times are confirmed by our office when your documents are received.
Personal injury & LOP
We coordinate with attorneys on personal injury cases and accept letters of protection. Send the accident date, injury summary, and the LOP for review before scheduling.
Self-referral
Most patients can contact us directly. Bring your imaging, a list of medications, and a short history of what has and has not helped.
