Treatment
Minuteman® G3 Interlaminar Fusion — minimally invasive stabilization for lumbar stenosis.
No Major Hardware · Minimal Downtime

Overview
The Minuteman® is a minimally invasive interspinous-interlaminar fusion implant for lumbar stenosis. Outpatient placement, rapid recovery, and durable stabilization — without the trauma of open spine surgery.
Patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, degenerative spondylolisthesis, or facet-mediated low-back pain who want stabilization without pedicle screws or open fusion.
The titanium implant restores interspinous height and indirectly decompresses the spinal canal while providing posterior stabilization. Recovery timelines vary by patient and are reviewed with you before the procedure.
The Process
01
Implant delivered through a tiny posterior incision under image guidance.
02
Interlaminar wings stabilize the segment and indirectly decompress the canal.
03
Performed as an outpatient procedure; your discharge and recovery plan is individualised.
